By entering the Brauer Swim SPLASH! 2026 Surfboard Giveaway, entrants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Brauer Swim (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to attendees of SPLASH! 2026 who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Brauer Swim, their immediate family members, and individuals directly involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition:

• Visit the Brauer Swim stand at SPLASH! 2026 during the promotional period.
• Allow a Brauer Swim representative to scan your event name badge.
• A successful badge scan constitutes one entry into the prize draw.
• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Duplicate entries will be removed prior to the draw.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring the contact information associated with their event registration/name badge is accurate and current.

4. Competition Period

Entries will be accepted during 19th of August 2026 – 20 August 2026 at SPLASH! 2026 up until the advertised closing time on Thursday, 20 August 2026.

Entries received after the competition closes will not be included in the draw.

5. Prize

The prize is one (1) surfboard, as displayed and/or promoted by Brauer Swim at SPLASH! 2026.

The prize:

• Is not transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be substituted for another product or service at the winner’s request.

Brauer Swim reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.

6. Prize Draw

The winner will be selected by a live random draw on Thursday, 20 August 2026 at SPLASH! 2026.

The Promoter’s decision regarding the draw and winner is final, subject to any rights or requirements under applicable law.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be announced following the live draw and will also be contacted using the phone number and/or email address associated with their event registration.

The winner does not need to be present at the draw unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 working days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw, subject to applicable laws.

8. Collection & Delivery

Arrangements for collection or delivery of the surfboard will be made directly with the winner.

Any additional costs associated with collecting, transporting or using the prize that are not expressly included by Brauer Swim are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Privacy & Badge Scanning

By allowing their badge to be scanned, entrants consent to Brauer Swim collecting the personal information made available through the SPLASH! 2026 badge scanning system for the purpose of administering the competition, conducting the draw and contacting the winner.

Any use of entrants’ personal information for marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy and marketing laws and Brauer Swim’s privacy practices.

10. General Conditions

Brauer Swim reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Brauer Swim accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, incorrectly recorded or unable to be processed due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

If the competition cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, Brauer Swim reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
