1. Introduction

By entering this competition, you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The competition is organised by Brauer Swim (ABN 99 109 648 722) (the “Organiser”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to all eligible attendees of the Pool Life Spa Expo aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of the Organiser and their immediate families.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1. To gain entry into the draw, Participants must:

• Complete the survey in full
• Accurately complete their entry details; and
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3.2. Incomplete or invalid entries will not be accepted.

4. Prize

4.1. Entry into the draw is to win one of five Brauer Swim B-Natural Ozone Generator Pool Water Systems valued at $2145.00.

4.2. The prize awarded is determined solely by the first valid name drawn.

4.3. The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary equivalent.

4.4. The winner may choose to upgrade the prize to another Brauer Swim residential unit by paying the difference in retail price.

4.5. Downgrades are not permitted, and no refunds or cash balances will be provided.

4.6. Each winner drawn is eligible to win one (1) prize only. A Participant may not win more than one of the five (5) prize systems included in the competition, regardless of the number of eligible entries or points accumulated.

5. Draw Details

5.1. The prize draw will take place on 29 May.

5.2. The Organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification & Prize Delivery

6.1. The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided at entry.

6.2. The prize will be dispatched within two (2) weeks of the winner’s name being drawn, subject to confirmation of delivery details by the winner.

6.3. If the Organiser does not receive a response from the selected winner within thirty (30) days of initial notification, the Organiser reserves the right to deem the prize unclaimed and to conduct a redraw in order to select an alternative winner. This process may be repeated until a winner is successfully contacted and confirmed.

7. Publicity

7.1. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition, including the use of their name and image for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

8. Use of Personal Information

8.1. The Organiser will collect and use personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, communicating with Participants in relation to the competition, and for ongoing marketing communications in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.

8.2. By entering the competition, Participants consent to being added to the Organiser’s monthly mailing list to receive updates, promotions, and relevant information from Brauer Swim. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in communications.

9. Liability

9.1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted due to technical or other reasons beyond its control.

9.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Disqualification

10.1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent, misleading, or improper conduct.

10.2. Any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Queensland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

12.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the Brauer Swim website at https://brauerswim.com/

13. Acceptance of Terms

13.1. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
