Spin 'n Win Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By entering this competition, you (the "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The competition is organised by Brauer Swim (the "Organiser").

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to all attendees of the Splash Trade Expo 2024, except employees of the Brauer Swim, their families, and anyone else connected with the competition.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1. To Spin the Competition Prize Wheel and enter the competition, Participants must scan the QR code provided for the competition, complete their details, agree to the Terms and Conditions and submit the entry form.

3.2. To have another chance at spinning the Prize Wheel to gain more entries into the competition, Participants must Follow, and/or like one of Brauer Swims’ social media pages i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube,

3.3. Or the Participants must take a selfie on the Scooter and post it to their social media page of choice, and tag Brauer Swim. 

3.3. Entries must be submitted between 09.00 - 21st August 2024 and 15.00 -  22nd August 2024. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3.4. A maximum of up to three entries can be entered based on completing all the Entry Requirements 3.1 to 3.2. 

4. Prizes

4.1. The prize(s) for the competition depends solely on what the spinning prize wheel lands on, once the Participant has spun the wheel.

4.2. Prizes are according to two categories i.e. Instant Prizes and Entry into the draw for a Scooter listed as;

4.2.1 Instant Prizes on the Prize Wheel are listed as:

• T-Shirt
• Tape Measure
• Stubby Cooler Bag
• Flashlight Tool Kit
• Rocket
• Sunnies
• Protein Shaker
• Cap

4.2.2. Entry into the draw to win a Scooter is listed as:

• Brauer Swim Scooter

4.2.3. Better Luck Next Time

• No instant prize won and no entry into the draw is applicable

4.3. Competition will continue until all the hand-out prizes on offer have run out.

4.4. Alternative instant prizes may be offered if the original instant prizes are no longer available at the discretion of Brauer Swim.

4.5. Competition closes at 15.00 on the 22nd of August 2024.

4.6. The winner will be selected from the draw that will take place on the 22nd of August 2024 at 15.30.

4.7. The prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

5. Winner Notification

5.1. The winner will be notified by phone and email once the draw has taken place on the competition closing date for the main prize of the Scooter.

5.2. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select an alternative winner.

6. Publicity

6.1. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to the competition, including the use of their name, image, and entry in promotional material.

7. Use of Personal Information

7.1. The Organiser will use the personal information provided by Participants for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy.

7.2. Participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete any personal information held by the Organiser by contacting 1300 696 631.

8. Liability

8.1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, or delayed due to technical or other reasons beyond the Organiser's control.

8.2. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the winner's acceptance of the prize.

9. Disqualification

9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9.2. Any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Amendments

11.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Brauer Swim website.

12. Acceptance of Terms

12.1. By entering the competition, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
