Acknowledgement & Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the Brauer Hydro-Wellness Plunge Experience (cold water immersion) involves exposure to extreme cold conditions and may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Shock, dizziness, or loss of consciousness
• Breathing difficulties
• Cardiac stress or complications
• Slips, falls, or physical injury

I understand that these risks may be increased if I have pre-existing medical conditions.

Health Declaration

I confirm that:
• I am physically fit, in good health, and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.
• I have not consumed alcohol or substances that may impair my ability to safely participate.
• I will immediately exit the plunge if I feel unwell or experience any discomfort.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to seek medical advice prior to participation if I am unsure of my suitability.

Release of Liability

By signing this document, I:
• Voluntarily choose to participate in the cold plunge experience at my own risk.
• Acknowledge that Brauer Swim, its staff, operators, and associated entities accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained as a result of my participation.
• Release and discharge Brauer Swim from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my use of the plunge facility.
