About the Position
We’re on the lookout for a hands on Maintenance Technician with strong experience in commercial pool systems, control equipment, and piping. You’ll be supporting the delivery of new system installs and maintenance programs, working with builders, developers, and commercial clients.
You’re a fit if you have a mechanical aptitude, a solid understanding of chemical control systems, dosing equipment, and pipework layouts typical in large-scale aquatic, wellness or recreational facilities.The Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission commercial pool systems (chemical controllers, filtration systems, pipework)
- Work with suppliers and site teams to ensure proper installation standards
- Use proprietary tech tools and follow installation procedures
- Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on installed systems
- Provide detailed documentation and service records
- Train clients or builders in system handover and aftercare
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and proactively flag risks
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong knowledge of commercial pool plumbing, equipment, and control systems or similar.
- Ability to read plans and understand complex piping layouts.
- Mechanical trade background or relevant field experience.
- Experience with RCD systems, chemical dosing, and filtration setups.
- Hands on with tools and comfortable working independently.
- Tech savvy – comfortable with service mate, Xero, or similar.
- Current driver’s licence.

About the Position
As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will drive the growth and success of Brauer Swim’s commercial product range. You’ll lead business development initiatives, manage key relationships, and promote our industry-leading water treatment technologies to commercial aquatic centres, resorts, hotels, swim schools, councils, and facility managers across Australia.
The Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead commercial sales strategy, pipelines, and execution to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with B2B clients in the aquatics, leisure, pool builder, and development sectors. Deliver tailored presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Brauer Swim’s product range.
- Solution Selling: Translate client needs into complete water treatment and compliance solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and technical teams to support tenders, campaigns, and project rollouts.
- Training & Education: Conduct workshops, staff training sessions, and technical briefings for commercial partners and facility operators.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Corporate Events and Conferences: Attend conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners and events where necessary.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in water treatment, pool technology, or facilities management industries.
- Strong understanding of aquatic health and safety standards (e.g. pool disinfection, chlorination, filtration).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical aptitude with confidence to explain complex systems in a clear and consultative manner.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with councils, leisure groups, and aquatic industry professionals is highly regarded.

NSW Commercial Pool In-field Support Technician
We currently have a role available for a commercial pool technician to support Brauer equipment around Sydney and surrounding regions.
The successful candidate will be taught how to install, maintain, and provide servicing and warranty to our commercial equipment.
The candidates will be supported by management with ongoing training and professional development.
This role will also require the candidate to work closely with pool builders, pool shops and pool service companies ensuring our equipment is installed and maintained correctly by third parties.
The Brauer Swim Instagram page and YouTube channel will give you good insight of the products you will have the opportunity to work with.
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
Successful candidates must demonstrate the following attributes:
- Have prior commercial pool / aquatic industry experience.
- Be capable of undertaking pool plumbing & plant room fit-outs.
- Understand pool water chemistry.
- Must be able to embrace challenges and carry out fault-finding.
- Must have an excellent work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Be able to work independently but also enjoy being part of a great team.
- Must be willing to travel interstate as required for training and development.
- Must have an open drivers’ licence.
