1. Issuance and Redemption:

  • a. The Brauer Swim Gift Voucher (hereinafter referred to as "Voucher") is issued by Brauer Swim and can be used only towards a purchase of a B-Fresh or B-Mineral system from Brauer Swim.
  • b. The Voucher is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
  • c. The Voucher is off the Retail Recommended Price only.
  • Limited to one voucher per person.

2. Expiry Date:

  • a. The Voucher is valid until the expiration date stated on the Voucher.
  • b. After the expiration date, the Voucher becomes void and cannot be redeemed.

3. No Resale or Transfer:

  • a. The resale or transfer of the Voucher to another party is prohibited.
  • b. Brauer Swim reserves the right to void Vouchers that have been resold or transferred.

4. Refunds:

  • a. Vouchers are non-refundable.
  • b. No cash refunds will be provided for any remaining Voucher balance.

5. Restrictions:

  • a. The Voucher cannot be used to purchase other Brauer Swim systems.
  • b. The Voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless expressly stated.

6. Modification and Termination:

  • a. Brauer Swim reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • b. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Brauer Swim website or other communication channels.
